Zouk Improvers 3
More basic figures and techniques such as turns, body rolls, styling and rhythm changes. This class builds on the beginners and fundamentals material, so mastering the basics first is important. Not sure about your level? Message Lorenzo and we'll find the right class together.

Zouk Intermediate 3
Variations on basic moves and advanced techniques: hair movements, isolations, undulations, rhythms and musicality. All fundamental Zouk movements are combined here.

Zouk Pre-Advanced
Advanced hair movements, isolations, undulations, rhythms and musicality. Improvers 1, 2 and 3 material is combined, so solid basics and individual technique are key.
