A safe floor for everyone

Flowaka classes and socials are built on consent, respect and care. These guidelines apply to students, teachers and guests at every location.

Consent first

Anyone can decline or end a dance at any time, without explaining why. "No thank you" is a complete answer.

Ask before close embrace, head movement or lifts. Adjust to your partner, never the other way around.

Stay aware of the floor, protect your partner's neck and spine, and keep advanced moves for partners who invited them.

Clean clothes, a spare shirt, deodorant and fresh breath. Small things, big difference.

Harassment, discrimination or intimidation of any kind ends participation immediately.

If something feels wrong, tell Lorenzo or any teacher. Reports are handled discreetly and taken seriously.
